For nearly three decades, he has lived and worked at the intersection of design, business, and technology—building organizations, inventing products, and serving as a trusted counselor to Fortune 500 clients navigating transformation.

Most recently, Mahin served as SVP of Experience and AI Growth at Publicis Sapient, where he led enterprise-scale initiatives at the convergence of artificial intelligence and human-centered design. Prior to that, he spent time at Google focused on cloud and AI transformation strategy for global clients.

Mahin's leadership extends across some of the most influential design and consulting organizations in the world. He helped establish and lead the design practice at McKinsey & Company for nearly eight years, and earlier founded the San Francisco studio for Fjord—which became a foundational element of what is now Accenture Song.

His career also includes formative years at Apple, Intel, Palm, and Frog, where he developed a deep foundation in bringing successful brands and award-winning digital products to market.
